CATEGORY: Bras & Panties


  • Support Merchants in developing and maintaining seasonal merchandise plans for product category
    • Monitor retail selling and product feedback
    • Manage drops/discontinues/liability dates
    • Help identify white space within assortment
    • Complete market research
  • Support Merchandising Team Development Process Meetings & Presentations
    • Sample presentation and care
    • Aid in creation of meeting output elements and working team tools (i.e. Assortment CADs, Line Lists, pricelists, Product Grids)
  • Support Market Week Preparation
    • Partner with Marketing & Design
      • Create features and benefits for newness
      • Create market price list
      • Maintain color names and style details
    • Support creation of product boards, decks, color boards as needed
  • Weekly and ad hoc retail & wholesale analysis
  • Communicate line updates cross-functionally for product category
  • Order samples as needed
  • Style set up and maintenance
    • Maintain development software for styles throughout development process prior to launching products
    • Maintain style details within internal system
    • Generate and manage UPCs for product category
  • General housekeeping including date entry and systems maintained and sample rack organization


REPORTS TO: Senior Merchandising Manager—Bras & Panties


  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 1-2 years relevant experience
  • Go-getter & self-starter
  • Organized & extremely detail oriented
  • Clear written and verbal communicator
  • Enthusiastic team-player
  • Interested in fashion, popular culture and public relations industry trends
