    Responsibilities

    About the role

    The guest services coordinator oversees the reception task and provides administrative support to the People Team as needed. The guest services coordinator acts as a key player and team member for the People Team function.

    Reception

    • Answer and route incoming calls to the appropriate employees
    • Provide customer services support for those who call the corporate office with questions/concerns
    • Meet, greet and announce visitors in a friendly and professional manner
    • Communicate with guests and employees to ensure a positive guest experience
    • Share exciting Spanx experiences and our mission to elevate women with candidates in the lobby

     

    Office Services

    • Retrieve, sort, and deliver employee mail
    • Update the mailboxes for new hires and terminations
    • Update the communication board to reflect the current Spanx news and events
    • Conduct Inventory, order, and stock kitchen supplies

     

    People Team Support

    • Order business cards for all new hires, promotions, and name changes
    • Order & deliver balloons and cookies to new hires
    • Conduct candidate tours
    • Assist with preparation of new hire orientation
    • Assist with company events

    Qualifications

    • High School diploma, certificate or official equivalent
    • 2+ years’ experience in a professional office environment providing Office Services support
    • Strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to deal professionally with clients, vendors and associates on the phone and in person
    • Ability to adapt to different people, situations and changing priorities with grace and flexibility as well as demonstrating an appropriate sense of urgency
    • Strong organizational skills, with demonstrated ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively
    • Strong communication abilities
    • Ability to be creative in a variety of different arenas
