    Responsibilities

    Production Order Management

    • Create and manage production orders and cost sheets from inventory order recommendations and new seasonal buys
    • Coordinate with Production Managers to revise orders due to delays in development or production
    • Manage weekly PO Maintenance and Open Order reports
    • Manage PO recap reports to assure accuracy of PO data
    • Expert knowledge of Blue Cherry and SCM systems to troubleshoot discrepancies in partnership with Inventory Planning and Production

     

    Inventory Management

    • Responsible for executing inventory transfer requests to balance inventory between Spanx warehouses

     

    Administrative Support

    • Own filing and documentation of TOP samples
    • Manage seasonal gratis sample request from Sales, Marketing, & PR. Partner with Inventory Planners to incorporate into seasonal commit
    • Manage in bound and out bound UPS packages on behalf of Team
    • Administrative tasks for department as needed

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s Degree
    • Effective verbal and written communications skills
    • Proficient in MS Office and Excel
    • Strong organization skills
    • Attention to detail and accuracy are critical
    • Able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced work environment
