    • Validate inventory accuracy between Spanx ERP and 3PL systems; accountable for inventory shrink across warehouse network
    • Review and analyze daily/weekly inventory transactions and manage exceptions of unaccounted transactions within Spanx inventory across a network of third party distribution and fulfillment centers
    • Maintain and evaluate queries and reports from Spanx ERP to support inventory control activity and reporting
    • Collaborate with IT to ensure all inventory file transactions are properly received into Spanx ERP in a timely manner while reconciling all inventory file failures
    • Make inventory adjustments/transfers between virtual locations in Spanx ERP as required
    • Optimize inventory control procedures by partnering with third party distribution and fulfillment centers
    • Comply with all procedures established to ensure product is being properly controlled
    • Identify aging and excess stock within warehouses and provide recommendations of inventory management
    • Develop collaborative relationships with fulfillment centers, logistics, planning, and finance departments
    • Support order allocation and fulfillment with exact inventory matches between Spanx and 3PL warehouses


    • Minimum 3 years in inventory management, production planning, accounting or merchandise planning
    • BA/BS in related field
    • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
    • Ability to accurately track inventory and create reports
    • Knowledge of inventory management software (e.g. ERP)
    • Knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods
    • Excellent organizational and planning skills
    • Clear and concise communication – both written and verbal
    • Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities
    • Detail oriented and a self-starter
